Strata Farms Tea at Kalapawai Market

I'm excited to share some big news: you can now find Strata Farms māmaki tea at Kalapawai Market.

Our tea is now available for sale at their Waimānalo and Kailua Beach locations, and even better — it’s being used in their drinks at the Kailua town café.
Seeing māmaki not just on their shelves, but actually featured in their menu, is something I’m really proud of.

Kalapawai has always been one of my favorite spots on the island. Whether it's a quick coffee after an early farm morning, grabbing lunch on the way to the beach, or picking up something good for dinner, it is always good food.
My go to is their breakfast burritos, coffee, and recently ham, brie, and local poha berry jam sandwich.

Being present at Kalapawai means a lot to me because they’re more than just a market — they’re part of the community. They support local farms, small businesses, and people who care about good food and good ingredients. It feels like the perfect place for our māmaki, a plant that's been a part of Hawaiʻi for generations, to reach more people.
